We will teach you the fundamentals of preparing sushi rice, the proper way to cut fish for sushi and sashimi, how to roll expert maki-zushi, make hand-formed nigiri-zushi and other techniques to create and present an array of beautiful sushi to impress your friends or customers.

With our lessons you choose the menu, and what you want to learn - and we come to you, so you know how to use your own kitchen to make great sushi.
