Oi Sushi Terms and Conditions 1. To guarantee a booking, payment must be made to Oi Sushi not less than 2 weeks before the event. Date of event and group numbers must be confirmed by us at time of payment. Individual cancellations will be charged as detailed in 4. and 5. below. 2. No specific date can be guaranteed prior to booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total due is required to confirm a booking. 3. Oi Sushi is covered by public liability insurance to £2,000,000. 4. Cancellations within 1 week of the date of the event will not be refunded. 5. Cancellations more than 1 week prior to the event will be refunded, subject to the withholding of the non-refundable deposit. 6. OiSushi will make every effort to ensure your safety during activity days and learn sushi parties but individuals are responsible for their own safety. If any participant is uncomfortable with the use of knives the chef will take care of any cutting. 7. Oi Sushi will not be liable for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise to any client or their property. 8. The minimum order value per event outside the Brighton area is £350 plus transport costs at £1 per mile.
